At BEACON Pest Control we strongly believe in the value of Peventive maintenance programs based on the premise that Prevention costs less and protects more.

By establishing a preventive maintenance relationship we can invest the time and resources necessary to stay informed about conditions within your home or business, your personal service needs, and other pertinent facts that affect the quality of our work and the value of our service.

Preventive maintenance services are a package of Integrated Pest Management techniques consisting of treatment for those pest you will encounter, early detection of those you are likely to encounter, and consultation on how to avoid both through home and yard maintenance.

Integrated Pest Management techniques are incorporated into all of the services we perform to achieve the highest level of control while minimizing the use of pesticides.

The frequency of these services depends on your personal needs (see IPM).  Restaurants require higher levels of maintenance than homes.  Homes in heavily wooded areas generally need higher maintenance than those on pastures.

Currently, the most popular residential services we offer are performed at quarterly (90 day) intervals.  This is because of the seasonal nature of our most common pests and the useful service life of the products available to us.  Your needs may vary but this level of service can usually be warranted to perform between services.  Under that warranty we will provide additional service at no additional charge while it is in effect.

How much is this going to cost?

Determining the right price is about finding the level of service that will provide you with the best value. Five cents worth of service is unlikely to have much value and neither is spending one hundred dollars to protect something that can be replaced for fifty.
