Flagship service begins with thoroughly inspecting the crawlspace, building exterior, and surrounding grounds. Inspection lets us detect structural pests like termites, carpenter ants, wood boring beetles, and other wood-damaging pests that can damage your home. It allows us to determine if there is an existing rodent infestation.

Your technician will perform a preventive exterior application to the grounds against the foundation, the foundation, eaves, door/window casings, and other points of entry for spiders, ants, sowbugs (potato bugs), earwigs, and millipedes.
Winter service includes treatment of the crawlspace under your home with borax dust for crawling insects and wood-damaging pests.
Install locked bait boxes against the exterior foundation for rodent control.
Your service technician will create a written report with observations and recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
